These personal data processing policies ("Principles") regulate the way in which society EyeD, s.r.o., with headquarters Sadová 1467, 564 01 Žamberk, ID number 29187257, registered in the Commercial Register under file no.C 64209/KSBR kept by Regional Court in Brno („My" or "Administrator"), processes your personal data in connection with the operation of the e-shop on the website www.eyed.cz.1. WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR DATA?

 

We, EyeD, s.r.o., are the controller of your personal data. We ensure that your data is secure and processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Processing Act. 2. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?

 

We only process the data that you provide to us as part of an order or communication:

  • Identification and contact details:name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, billing address (if you are an entrepreneur, then also your company ID and VAT number).
  • Purchase data:information about the ordered goods, payment method and shipping.
  • Electronic data:IP address, cookies (if you use them on the website).
  1. WHY DO WE PROCESS DATA (PURPOSES)?
  • Contract performance:So that we can fulfill your order, deliver the goods and communicate with you regarding its status.
  • Legal obligations:Bookkeeping, administration of tax documents (invoices) and fulfillment of obligations under the Value Added Tax Act.
  • Legitimate interests:Protecting our rights in the event of disputes or improving our e-shop services.
  1. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP DATA?

 

We store personal data for the period strictly necessary for the performance of the contract and for the period required by law (e.g. the Accounting Act requires us to store tax documents for 10 years). 5. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

 

We only share your data with those entities that are necessary to process your order:

  • Carriers:(e.g. Czech Post, PPL, Zásilkovna) for the purpose of delivering goods.
  • Payment service providers:(e.g. Shoptet Pay payment gateway) for secure payment processing.
  • Accounting Firm/Software:for accounting and e-shop management purposes.
